Before you buy a new tire make sure it's a NEW tire! I found out how to decipher the "tire code" printed on the side of the tires. Here are some examples what to look for.

I'm checking my tires after this post and if they are older than what they told me I'm going back for a new set of tires since I purchased new tires not old ones regardless of the new thread. Tires will dry if sitting in a warehouse and may cause accidents if sold older than 5-6 years. From what I’ve read and I’m not risking my sons life just for the just in case factor.
